At a very stressful time in my life Tracy guided me through the purchase of my home. It was the first time in my life as a newly single lady making this decision on my own. The market was very competitive, houses were selling overnight above asking price. Tracy was cheerful, prompt with replies and always made herself available when I wanted to view. When she found the perfect adorable little house for me, we faced a multiple offer situation. I struggled with decisions as we viewed the house a second time that day, drafted an offer and redrafted it that same day. She had to help me to understand that in this particular situation that I may only get one chance with my first offer. Tracy is a long time friend of mine so I didn't hesitate for a moment to call her when we decided to look for our forever house. My husband is a first time home buyer and I had long list of somewhat complicated must haves..... this was not a problem for Tracy. Not only did she understand what we needed but she was an amazing problem solver/ idea generator. We were able to evaluate each property's potential and come up with possible solutions in order to make it the home we wanted. In the end we found the perfect house. Eric was able to take the time to feel with the comfortable purchase and all of the complicated must haves were met! Bravo to Tracy and yeah for us! We did experience a few bumps and complications along the way. Tracy met these situations with cool confidence and level headed solutions. I had thought Tracy would be a fabulous realtor when I heard she was entering the industry and now I can say with confidence that she is in fact fantastic at this!

Tracy was recommended to me by my sister who new another Tracy that has multiple rental properties and had already been very pleased with her performance. Both Tracy’s are successful in getting good results so we knew we had the right agent to help us ! I just let Tracy take care of speaking to the tenants to arrange showings and they were more cooperative with her than than they ever were with us ! She got it sold quickly and for more than we asked for! When the purchaser needed the tenants evicted she helped us through it by offering encouragement every time we talked over the next 2 months ! I found her to be genuine in every way she helped us and I found out she’s not afraid to work hard !

Tracy was super helpful in my search for my first home for me and my son. Always giving advice and passing on her knowledge. She makes showings based on your convenience. She was extremely patient with how long it took to find the right place for me, and was extremely helpful when putting offers in.
