I just let Tracy take care of speaking to the tenants to arrange showings and they were more cooperative with her than than they ever were with us ! She got it sold quickly and for more than we asked for! When the purchaser needed the tenants evicted she helped us through it by offering encouragement every time we talked over the next 2 months !
